1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing marketique.co or engaging Marketiqué for short-form content creation, social media management, or paid media services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Deliverables

Marketiqué provides short-form video production, UGC management, social strategy, and paid media campaign management. All deliverables and scope schedules are outlined in your specific Client Service Agreement.

3. Flexible Month-to-Month Agreements

Our core agency packages operate on a flexible month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel or adjust package tiers at any time with a 30-day written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom videos, graphics, and written assets produced specifically for your brand become your exclusive intellectual property. Marketiqué retains the non-exclusive right to showcase completed works in agency portfolios.

5. Limitation of Liability

Marketiqué shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform algorithm changes, third-party social network downtime, or account policies outside our direct operational control.
